Anthony Martelli discovered his talent for acting at a ripe old age of 5. Since then he’s been in a number of musical theater productions, several television series, including Boston Public, and several movies, including Almost Famous.
As a California resident, Anthony was always inspired by Hollywood, watching and learning from such great shows and movies as Monty Python’s Flying Circus, Saturday Night Live (pre-1995), Throw Momma From the Train, and everything with Bill Murray, Eddie Murphy, Chevy Chase, and John Candy. Before the Age of 18, however, Anthony did mostly high school musicals and community theater. Right before he turned 19, he set out to try to make it in Hollywood. After traveling for thirty minutes he found himself a company specialized in getting you started in “the business”, through them got his first agent, and started going out on auditions. With in a year he got his first role on Almost Famous, The Poolside Provocateur, and later a role in Boston Public. Since then he’s been in a number of independent shorts, movies, and shows, but most recently he joined with the Mental Eclectic which led him to this show and his role of Margaret.
