Wanted to pass along an update on how everything is going with the Kickstarter page. Eight days into our 30-day fundraising effort, we have raised $898, or 25% of our $3,500 goal. Thanks to everyone who has helped out (in whatever way) thus far! A fantastic start, and at the same time a big portion of the mountain still to climb. As a reminder we have to hit/break the $3,500 mark before our deadline on September 7th. Otherwise all the donations return to the awesome people who made them, and the Blokes team doesn’t receive anything. We’re not very keen on that, so keep making noise!
We went ahead and created a condensed version of the Kickstarter video, with all the funny stuff, and none of the pitch. Definitely better for the people watching who might want to just get to what the show is all about! In conclusion: no one has to thank us for giving people a choice on which video to watch and pass along, but we’re not here to stop anyone if they must.
